Oiling hair is a technique to make hair healthy. Oiling done correctly can make your hair healthy and strong.

Hair is the most important ornament of beauty. Lucky are the women who have naturally beautiful hair. But it is equally important for all of us to oil hair regularly. Oiling is essential to cope with the problems like hair fall and dandruff. Without oil, hair can become rough, dry and frizzy. Oiling hydrates and moisturises hair. So good is oiling, that it can correct the dryness and damage of strong hair dyes on your hair.

Oiling hair is the most important task for maintaining long and strong hair. (You must have heard this a zillion times from your grandmother) You can select the oil according to your preference. Oiling hair is important than using any other cosmetic products and treatments. You can turn your hair from dry to dramatic with the useful hair oiling tips below. Read on to get hair that radiates good health.
Tips for oiling your hair

You use different techniques for doing things in your daily life. Oiling hair should also be done using some smart techniques to optimise its effectiveness. If you want to avoid hair fall and grow thick and shiny hair you can try the following hair oiling secrets.
• Heat oil to a warm temperature before applying it on your hair
• Make partitions while oiling your hair. Rub oil in each partition. Make as many partitions of hair as you can. This will help oil to reach the scalp properly. Do not just pour oil on your hair
• Avoid using too much of oil. Start applying little to each part of head and then massage. Massaging is important than the quantity of oil you use
• Dip your finger tips in oil. Gently massage with finger on scalp by putting your hands inside hair
• Massage with your fingers at least for 10 to 15 minutes after oiling your hair
• Avoid washing your hair immediately after oiling. If you do not like to wear oily hair, you can oil it before going to bed. You can wash your hair the next day. For best results let the oil stay for one day on your hair. When you make the oil stay for longer time it soaks in the scalp better
• Oil your hair at least once a week. If your hair is very dry you should oil it at least twice a week
* Rub oil on the roots of your hair. it helps to improve blood circulation and make hair silky and strong

If you want to keep your hair break free, oil it regularly. Oiling hair will also help you relax after a long day. Massaging hair is a popular stress buster.

Optimal use of oil requires lesser shampoo to wash it off. This will help to save your time and avoid misuse of oil. Oil is a conditioner and hair moisturise. It may not stop heavy hairfall but it certainly controls hair breakage and split ends. Regular oiling makes hair lustrous and adds shine to it.

Micro Point Solutions FAQ

Written by doctor on Friday, July 9th, 2010 in Hair Care.

If you suffer from hair loss, something that many Americans do, there is a new breakthrough treatment you have probably heard about. And, if you have not heard about it, it is time you should! This article will discuss Micro Point Solutions and address some of the frequently asked questions.

First, what is Micro Point Solutions? It is a program that increases volume and density in men and women with thinning hair. It is the healthiest non-surgical option to improve hair loss because it uses no glues or chemicals. The solution is offered by the Cyberhair collection.

So, what makes Micro Point Solutions better than other processes? First, it is similar to growing your own hair and feels lightweight that you can barely tell a difference between it and your own hair. You are able to add up to 6,000 hairs in one hour with no chemicals or glues used at all! Finally, volumize your hair by 400% with this non-surgical solution.

One of the most common questions about any hair loss solution is if the procedure is painful. While some of the clients do say their scalp feels tight after the procedure the feeling only lasts for a couple of days. Otherwise, the procedure is not painful at all.

Next, will you face any restrictions on activity? No, there are no restrictions. The solution is a part of you and you are able to do any activity you would normally do. You can do anything you would normally want to do, including water activities that those suffering from hair loss normally shy away from.

The final common question is how much does it cost? In order to determine the cost you will have a one-on-one consultation to see if you can be a candidate for this procedure. If you are seen as a good candidate, your investment will be based on how bad of hair loss you have.

Candidates who suffer from a small amount of thinning in the front hairline pay about $100. During your consultation you will receive a customized program from a trained professional to ensure the highest quality treatment. Once your program has been created the professional can tell you how much the treatment will cost.

Micro Point Solutions is quickly becoming one of the best ways to battle hair loss. If you suffer from hair loss it is time you take a closer look into Micro Point Solutions. Hopefully this article on some of the most frequently asked questions has helped you on your way to preventing your hair loss!

Onion (Allium cepa) recognised with healing qualities include their antibacterial, cleansing, stimulating, and nourishing powers. Onions contain a number of important minerals and vitamins, such as vitamins C and B6, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and germanium. Onion also has a high sulfur content. Sulphur is a mineral present in every cell in our body, with its greatest concentration in hair, skin and nails. It has often been called the “beauty mineral” and the “healing mineral” because of its ability to promote circulation and decrease inflammation. These qualities also lend to the theory that adequate amounts of sulphur can jump-start hair growth in people with deficiencies. High amounts of sulphur in onions make them particularly effective in regenerating hair follicles and stimulating hair regrowth. In addition, naturally-concentrated sulphur compounds have been proven to show additional hair-restoring.

Ways To Straighten Your Hair

Written by doctor on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010 in Hair Care.

Things you will need to make the perfect straight hair..
1. Separate shampoo and conditioner
2. A Hairdryer
3. Straightners ( GHD’s are fantastic but Toni & Guy also do a very good range which are fairly cheaply priced )
4. Serum - John Frieda FrizzEase is very good

Top Tips on achieving straight hair…

1. Wash your hair thoroughly with separate shampoo and conditioner. Having said that, do try to make sure they are the same make and for the same hair type, ie, dry/greasy hair. Making sure you hair is washed will eliminate any of the greases which makes your hair more flexible and less easy to straighten. Using a shampoo for heat styled hair does help with the condition of your hair.

2. Use a hairdryer to take all the wetness out. As with tip 1, moisture in your hair will make it heavier leading to straightening being harder It helps if you try and blow dry your hair as straight as possible with the hairdryer before using the straighteners as this gives your hair a good head start. By this time your hair should be quite glossy.

3. Seperate your hair. When your hair is fully dry, section it so that your are only straightening a chunk at a time. I have fairly thick shoulder length hair and I section mine into about 5.

4. Only straighten 1 section at a time. It is best to start from the back, underneath, and work your way to the outside of your hair. Start at the root or as near to the top of your head as you feel comfortable and straighten your hair downwards. Make sure your straighteners are HOT. The hotter the better but be careful not to burn your fingers.

5. When you have done all your sections, give it an overall straighten to create the overall affect that you want. Some like to flick the ends out, others prefer it to be dead straight all the way down.

6. When you have finished you need to apply a serum. Not only does this settle the hair and make it less static but it also give the hair more shine. Do not use to much though as it can make the hair look greasy. You only need a pea sized amount in your hand, rub it round the palms of your hands then apply to the hair in a downwards motion. If you have layers in your hair you could also apply some wax to the ends of the layers to give it a more choppier look.

7. Slip on that party dress and party make up and go and have yourself a good time!!!

When you are trying to choose the right hairdressing salon for you it is not always easy to do. With so many different salons available these days it can be hard to decide who you should go to. There are some essential steps that you need to do that will make your decision easier.

These steps should be taken before making your final decision on the salon that you will go to for your beauty needs. Here are the steps that you must do if you want to be sure that you are choosing a good salon.

1. Research and compare the salons – With so many salons available you have to take time to research the local ones in your area and compare them before deciding. Get online and research each one.

Then take time to compare the services they offer and the prices they charge. Find one that you like that is easily affordable for you.

2. Set up a consultation – Never choose a salon until you have set up a consultation at each of the salons that you are interested in going to. This will help you see what their salon is like and you will be able to meet the hairdresser before making your final decision.

3. Ask questions – Always ask all the questions that you have at each salon you visit. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or talk to the hair dresser because most of them understand that you have to be careful about who you allow to help you with your beauty needs.

Not all hair stylists are the same and this is why it is imperative to ask questions and listen closely to their answers.

Plus asking questions will help you determine how well the stylist really listens to what you are saying which is very important so you don’t end up with a beauty disaster because they didn’t take the time to really listen to you.

4. Choose a hairdresser that you feel comfortable with – Don’t choose a hairdresser that makes you uncomfortable or that you don’t get along with. You have to be able to get along with your hairdresser so that it is a pleasant experience for you and them.

Now that you know these essential steps you will be able to make a much easier decision about which hairdressing salon you want to go to for your beauty needs. Don’t let anyone rush you into making a decision. Take your time and be sure you choose the one that you feel the most comfortable visiting.
